Performing arts enter urban life

Teacher He Yilian offers the course "Performing Art Into Urban Life" and invites the versatile Liu Chongfeng to host the "Awakening: Thinking Like a Mountain" workshop, which integrates performing arts and natural guidance to teach students a profound ecological concept. Teacher Yang Wanyi's "Life Education" course highlights teacher Zeng Jingwen's physical workshop, which integrates physical development and theater activities to help students transfer their thinking to body awareness, release excessive rational pressure, re-establish body awareness, and understand emotions and interpersonal relationships. In addition, teacher Chen Pinru’s mindfulness workshop teaches students to use mindfulness in life to reduce anxiety and insomnia and return to inner tranquility. Through mindful breathing and body scanning exercises, students can achieve emotional calming and physical relaxation, helping to improve their quality of life.

Practice as micro and cross-domain research

The "Practice as Research as Micro and Cross-Domain" workshop hosted by teacher Wu Yichen, and the Taiwan Dance Research Society jointly organized a comprehensive academic event on "Practice as Research as Micro and Cross-Domain", covering literature, philosophy, dance, music, theater and other aspects. , to start the exploration of issues related to practical research methods, this is the first academic event in Taiwan focusing on the "Practice as Research" method of performing and theater arts.
